In 2022, Americans spent the equivalent of 19.4 million years watching content. This impressive figure largely benefited Netflix, whose numerous original creations figure at the top of the most-watched series ranking for last year.
'In total, Americans streamed more than 19.4 million years of content last year, up 27% from about 15 million years in 2021,' the Nielsen Institute revealed. A good year then, especially for Netflix.
