DESIGNATION UNDER PARAGRAPH 5(1)(b)

IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 5(1)(b) of the Federal Lands

Commissioner Act 1957 [Act 349], the Federal Lands Commissioner designate

Mohamad Nasir Bin Che Man to witness the affixing of the seal of the Corporation to all

deeds, documents and other instruments requiring the seal of the Corporation and to

sign all such deeds, documents and other instruments, with effect from
